Our Brisbane Metro Community has been busy. Paul “Fatty” Vautin, Shane Webcke, Laurie Daley and Karyn Murphy headlined the sold-out Brisbane Metro Community’s annual State of Origin lunch on the eve of State of Origin 3 this year. Supported by Janus Henderson Investors, Jenner Recruitment, Capital Group and Talaria, the event raised over $23,000 to donate to the Carl Webb Foundation.
In November, the Melbourne Cup Raceday was held at The Warehouse in Fortitude Valley – a day of racing, fashion, celebration and more fundraising. Thanks to the efforts of the local Brisbane community, over $8,000 was raised for Future2.
