To help with your planning, the FAAA events team have worked with The Accommodation Brokers to negotiate rates for a range of hotels our delegates can choose from. Simply visit the congress event webpage and you can book your accommodation online.

Examples of savings from our members
In May 2024, a member approached The Accommodation Brokers for a stay at the Saffire Freycinet Resort, Tasmania, for 3 nights in January 2025. Stating they would like to stay in the Signature Suite the best pricing the member could find was $9,300 (fully inclusive). The Accommodation Brokers was able to secure a price of $8,709 for the total stay, saving the FAAA Member $591.
In another example, a member was looking at taking a European river cruise with Scenic Cruises in Oct 2024. The cruise was the 11-day Unforgettable Douro River Cruise. They found a price through Flight Centre for a Balcony Suite at $11,040 per person ($22,080 total cost). The Accommodation Brokers was able to obtain a price of $20,297 for two adults – saving the client $1,783.
