In March, the Financial Advice Association Australia marked International Women’s Day with a series of events under the INSPIRE banner, across Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, bringing together advisers, industry leaders, partners and future talent to reflect, connect and celebrate.
Under the national theme Balancing the Scales, the events highlighted the ongoing pursuit of fairness, visibility and meaningful action for women working in financial advice.
Across each city, the focus was firmly on progress — recognising the leaders, allies and organisations championing equity, while exploring the role our profession can play in creating safer, more inclusive workplaces and clearer pathways for women at every stage of their careers.
From thoughtful conversations to moments of shared celebration, the events showcased the strength of community within advice and the collective commitment to building a more balanced future.
